Hazardous and TSCA PCB Waste

 LEI operates a hazardous waste and PCB  transfer facility, as well as a RCRA & PCB Commercial Storage facility.  These resources, in conjunction with LEI's location and industry relationships, equips it with all things necessary to offer its customers compliant, efficient, and economical waste management. 

Please download and complete each section of the following Waste Stream Characterization Form.  Once completed, you can use the button to the right of this section to attach and submit your form to the LEI Profiling Department.
